Research is a valuable tool to gauge the mind-set of the people with whom you want to communicate. It can provide a measurement of where you are, and reveal paths to where you want to be. But, you have to go into a research project with an open mind and the ability to understand what your customers are saying and be innovative in your solutions. Henry Ford said, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”

Our Job

  • Determine the need for research based on the information you want to discover or the problem you need to solve
  • Formulate questionnaires and surveys that will provide actionable information
  • Implement, or hire the appropriate research firm to implement the project. (Focus groups, e-mail surveys, telephone surveys, personal interviews or mystery shopper data collection)
  • Analyze the research results and translate the data into information you can use to maximize your marketing and advertising strategies
