Meeting the needs of customers is the basis for our style of Association Management. Being in tune with the needs of dues-paying members and creating strategies to achieve their goals is a priority. Though missions and values may vary among associations and their members, we believe that listening, planning and acting on the needs of members is critical to promote growth, retention and member satisfaction.

Our Job

  • Partner with existing Executive Director or act as Executive Director
  • Organize and coordinate Board and Membership Meetings
  • Write and produce association newsletters, rosters, brochures, e-blasts, and communication tools
  • Manage association web sites and secure payment portals
  • Manage finances, dues, billing, vendor payments and grant requests
  • Plan and coordinate association meetings, seminars and programs
  • Establish strategic partnerships and sponsorships
  • Coordinate special events such as parties, luncheons, memorial events, auctions and golf tournaments
  • Respond to member requests and needs
  • Manage membership and prospect data bases
  • Promote media coverage for association events and messages
  • Manage trade show, event planning and participation
