Our Job
- Partner with existing Executive Director or act as Executive Director
- Organize and coordinate Board and Membership Meetings
- Manage financial accounts, dues, billing and vendor payments
- Write, produce and print association newsletters, rosters, brochures and communication tools
- Plan and coordinate association meetings, seminars and programs
- Establish membership and prospect databases
- Coordinate special events such as parties, luncheons, memorial events, auctions and golf tournaments
- Respond to member requests and needs
- Promote media coverage for association events and messages
- Manage trade show and event planning and participation
