  • Partner with existing Executive Director or act as Executive Director
  • Organize and coordinate Board and Membership Meetings
  • Manage financial accounts, dues, billing and vendor payments
  • Write, produce and print association newsletters, rosters, brochures and communication tools
  • Plan and coordinate association meetings, seminars and programs
  • Establish membership and prospect databases
  • Coordinate special events such as parties, luncheons, memorial events, auctions and golf tournaments
  • Respond to member requests and needs
  • Promote media coverage for association events and messages
  • Manage trade show and event planning and participation
